TECH ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Interfacing with architects, development teams, and business partners in order to define requirements

Drive business specification and the component design - need to understand business impact as well as technical impact Working with business partners to translate requirements into user stories for the development teams to digest and action

Conduct reviews in Story Elaboration sessions with both business and IT dev teams to write agreed stories that can provide clear direction for implementation Ensure the agreed methodology is followed, and participate in all the technical design discussions with the architects to control impact on other components Manage multiple stakeholders and get buy-in for common process and implementation in system

Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)Understanding and relevant experience working as BA on implementation of Project management, Resource Management and Budget Management systems – added advantageTechnical knowledge and experience in business process management tools and practices for designing complex workflow

Knowledge of ETL tools and understanding of Data flow from upstream, mapping logic transformation and feeding to down streamsAgile Skills

Hands on experience working on project implementations using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in using Jira/Confluence

Qualifications:

At least 6 years in Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking environments working on Enterprise wide projects

Testing Skills

Solid experience in performing manual testing and managing UAT
